I joined Virtual Spotter in 2022 and currently serve as a Content Strategist & Social Media Manager, bringing a blend of local and international experience. Being in this position allows me to mentor others, which is a dream realized for me, as I love helping people learn and acquire new skills. I’m Ralyn Lacibal-Estrada, but everyone calls me Ral. I began my journey with Virtual Spotter in July 2022 as a part-time GVA and quickly grew into the role of Team Leader by January 2023. Now, I’m a dedicated VA Trainer, driven by a genuine passion for helping others, especially newcomers in the field. For me, teaching is about more than just sharing knowledge—it’s about creating an environment where individuals feel empowered to learn and grow at their own pace. As a leader, I believe in leading by example, providing clear direction, and fostering a team-oriented atmosphere where every member feels valued. My goal is not only to train but to inspire and help others achieve their fullest potential.

I joined Virtual Spotter at its inception in February 2021 as a part-time virtual assistant, eventually climbing the ladder to become the Onboarding & Training Manager.
