Frances Micaela Ravelo – SMM Trainer

I’m Frances, but you can call me Fran! I’m a Hybrid Social Media Manager passionate about helping product-based small businesses thrive. I joined Virtual Spotter in 2022 and currently serve as a Content Strategist & Social Media Manager, bringing a blend of local and international experience. Being in this position allows me to mentor others, which is a dream realized for me, as I love helping people learn and acquire new skills. No one is too young or too old to learn—if you have the passion to grow, the possibilities are endless.

Ralyn Estrada – Process Trainer

I’m Ralyn Lacibal-Estrada, but everyone calls me Ral. I began my journey with Virtual Spotter in July 2022 as a part-time GVA and quickly grew into the role of Team Leader by January 2023. Now, I’m a dedicated VA Trainer, driven by a genuine passion for helping others, especially newcomers in the field. For me, teaching is about more than just sharing knowledge—it’s about creating an environment where individuals feel empowered to learn and grow at their own pace. As a leader, I believe in leading by example, providing clear direction, and fostering a team-oriented atmosphere where every member feels valued. My goal is not only to train but to inspire and help others achieve their fullest potential.

Maxine Rose Bundoc – Process Trainer

I'm Maxine, and while I may have started as a budding Virtual Assistant, my unwavering determination for growth and constant drive quickly led me to my current standing as a motivated Process Trainer at Virtual Spotter. Now, I want to share that journey to nurture and inspire other VAs, providing the proper training so you can see the bigger things that await. My goal is to help you master your craft, genuinely love your work, and build a thriving career that allows you to enjoy life outside the office, empowering you to help businesses grow and expand. Ultimately, I want every member to know that nothing is impossible, nothing is too hard, and true success is continuous as long as you evolve your skills and become a goal-getter not just for yourself, but for others too.

I’m Coach Vhen, a Level 1 Mindbody Certified professional and CloudTasker expert who started as a part-time virtual assistant in 2021 and grew into the Onboarding & Training Manager at Virtual Spotter. Through leadership, innovation, and a growth mindset, I empower the workforce, from frontliners to executives, to embrace continuous learning and unlock their full potential.
