As a Team Leader, I’ve always believed in continuous learning but the kind of growth I experienced during my Virtual Spotter training was on another level. It wasn’t just about following steps, the trainer pushed me to think critically, connect the dots, and make decisions with intention. What really helped was how they encouraged real conversations and made space for questions, which deepened my understanding. I walked away from each session feeling more equipped and more self-assured. If there’s one thing I’d recommend, it’s to include more hands-on practice or scenario-based discussions to apply the learning in real time.
